My Hair

I got a new haircut two weeks ago and I promised Danielle a photo...this was the best I could do...

I for one love your black hair and need some input on my own ugly tresses...I am too poor to go get it highlighted any more, alas the price we pay to live in ultra liberal hippie Davis...I digress. I already did the black under-hair, now I am bored. I kinda love my old blonde hair (before I got old and it turned brown, sad face) but box blonde never turns out right! What shall I do? I pose this question to my most trusted friends, What color comes in a cheap box that will look good?

red

actually, I think the colors that look the best from a box are varying shades of brown...red can come out weird and blonde never works (ever) go with brown.

I agree with Casie. Though I have had little experience with changing my own hair (twice, and both times with help--thank you Maureen, you fixed my hair coloring for prom...) But it seems that red has a lot of potential to go wrong--white hair turns pink in case you are curious... But I am imagining you with a shade of brown and I think it could be fun and very different. I would go with a lighter shade at first and then maybe later trying darker...

By the way, Casie, I very much like your new style and agree with Danielle about the black. It looks very cool...

Go for red!!!

You would look cool with some sort of weird pinkish crazy red-like color!

Thank you all. I actually considered red for PROFESSIONAL highlighting. I would never use red out of a box! Maybe once I grow my money tree to full maturity I will get red highlights done but until then looks like brown it is...

Once you get that money tree going, would you mind sending me some seeds? I have been meaning to grow one for a while but I just haven't been able to hold on to any seeds long enough.
