Behold...The Joe hath arrived!!!

As Casie pointed out in a previous post, I am neither dead, nor ill, nor incapacitated in any way (although i know some people that would argue some of those points). I am officially making my presence known on the blog. I can feel the collective sigh of relief from all of my friends and family.

I have been saving up all of the interesting tidbits of my life so that I could post them in one amazingly fantastic debut blog! This is that blog...

...

My life is not exciting and in no way amazingly fantastic so we are left with the rather mundane and pedestrian details of my day-in day-out routine. I will divulge what I have found to be the more interesting points of my life in the past few days:

I have installed an instance of Debian on a virtual machine on my Desktop PC.

I have made great progress in programming a machine monitoring program at work.

I have rebuilt my computer after an unfortunate USB incident caused the cataclysmic failure of my last mother board.

After some online research I have discovered schematics enabling me to build my own audio amplifier which, I am sure, would prove itself to be lower in both overall quality and value than a commercially available counterpart.

Nerds will be rejoicing at all that I have divulged. My friends and family (for the most part) will be reminded of how strange I really am. Either way, my first post is concluded.

P.S. - This is specifically for Colleen: I have filled out my profile. After much soul-searching, I have discovered who I am and filled out the questionnaire. It is posted for your review.

Joe- thank you for finally participating. I did look at your profile. You may have already received my very concerned email. Are you SURE you were searching your soul? Like I said in my email, I feel as though I have seen something I wasn't meant to ever see.

I also wanted to point out that all of the highlights you listed in your first blog have nothing to do with living creatures. You and Phil should get together and not talk.

I do realize that my post involves no living creatures. You will be relieved to know that I do have plans to interact with humans this weekend and even more plans when Casie's parents get out here. We are going to try to go rock climbing at the rock climbing gym.

Joe, I'm glad you're alive, but I am concern with the lack of involvement with people or your puppy(the eating machine) and there is no mention of the Wii...... did you every get Wario Ware?

Joe..... clowns.....sad....Does Casie know?.....

I have gotten my Wii and I have gotten Wario Ware with it. They are both fantastic and amazing. Alas, I generally have no time left in my day for the Wii.

I would like to point out that my interests include "hot sex" as well as "clowns". Not "hot sex WITH clowns".

I feel as though this is a big, important distinction.

I'm relieved, of course, that it is "hot sex, clowns" and not "hot sex clowns" without that all important comma.

Sounds like you've been up to your elbows in fetuses (feti?) lately.
